Our program aims to develop young athletes (ages 8-16) of all sports by teaching skills
such as proper running form, jumping and landing mechanics, as well as speed and agility
training. We also teach basic strength training to help athletes learn proper technique in a
safe environment. Classes can be attended 1-4 times per week and are offered year round.
M.A Fitness club focuses on building your child's overall physical fitness, by combining body weight training, coordination and agility. While working on their cognitive functions, memory, processing speed, reaction time, focus and attention. Your child will gain confidence, increase their cognitive functions & develop their physical & mental focus.
M.A fitness Club is capable of analyzing your strengths and weaknesses, we create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Then, we will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to hit each milestone and target.
M.A Fitness Club teaches kids the essence of focus, perseverance, dedication, and motivation. We aim to boost teens and kids self-esteem and confidence.
